Moseley Architects is pleased to be working on the deisgn of the Modernization of Herbert Hoover Middle School. The modernized school will accommodate 1020 students, with core spaces designed for future expansion to 1200 students. The modernized building will be LEED Silver certified.
The project beagn with a Feasibility Study conducted in the fall of 2008. The study led off with a consensus workshop held on September 17, 2008. At this meeting, the design team listened to parents, staff, and community members concerns and ideas for this project. Over the course of the next few months, the committee met with the design team to further refine concepts to be presented in the final report.
